    We want every customer to be happy with his/her purchase. If you’re not for any reasons, please contact asap after receiving your piece and we'll do our best to resolve the situation! Because the finished product is made from ashes, I do not offer refunds. Please don't hesitate to contact me due to quality concerns or special circumstance exchanges. I do stand behind every piece I make and if you are not happy with it I will try to work with you to make sure you're satisfied with my product. Please note, any item that is plated the plating does eventually wear off. Wear off time depends on many factors. If you are unhappy with your finished piece please send it back in its originally packaging. All handmade stones have a 1 year warranty. All accent stones have a 60 day warranty due to how one wears their rings. I tend to be extremely rough on my jewelry. This is why 60 days is the warranty from the time I ship your item. All chains that come with my pendants have a 90 day warranty, if something happens to the chain within 90 days please contact me for a replacement chain. I will need your original chain sent back.

  • Shipping
    Most shipping with be packed in an appropriate box for your item. I usually ship USPS. Either First Class or 1-3 day shipping. It varies on the item. Your item will be ready to be gifted as well. Please message me if you would like to upgrade your shipping.
  • Sizing Details
    Most any item can be custom made to fit. Please contact me if you have any sizing questions.
  • Custom and Personalized Orders
    Most any items can be customized just for you! Please see here for ash kits. Check out this item in my Etsy shop If you would like me to spread the remainder ash, please leave me a note when you ship your ashes. Otherwise, all remainder ash and unused extra stones will be set back with your purchase.
  • Where Do I Ship My Ashes and How Much Ash Should I Send?
    After you make your purchase please send 1tsp. of ash per item in a double zip locked bag. Please write your name on the baggy so I know who you are. I ask that you don't tape the plastic bag, it might tear the baggy. I will contact you immediately once your ashes arrive. My mail usually arrives late in the day.   • How Can I Be Sure You Are Using My Ashes?
    Trust can be a hard. Please know I have a very strong moral compass and I try to put everyone's mind at ease that their ash is in your item! I also will return any unused ash and photos that are sent along with your ash.
  • How Long Will It Take To Receive My Item?
    Shipping times really do vary quite a bit. If I have a item in stock and it isn't custom made then the turn around time for shipping is about 3 days. Custom made items range from 3-8 weeks.
  • Can A Ring Be Resized After Made?
    Unfortunately your stone won't survive the heat it takes to resize your ring. However,I can remake your stone for a charge.
  • Can I Rush Order My Item?
    You may rush your shipping options for an additional fee. I am not able to rush an item due quality control. I try to take as much time needed to perfect an item. If I have a less busy schedule I would be more than happy to push the pedal to the metal as much as I possibly can.
  • When Should I Order an Item To Receive It In Time for the Holiday?
    I always recommend to order as soon as you can. Since some items may take up to 8 weeks or even longer.
  • Do You Have a Extended Selection That I can View?
    I do have a larger selction via Etsy. That is where you will find every item available. If you see something on Etsy that you would like, feel free to send me the photo or the link of the item and I will make a custom listing just for you. Please go here to see more items for sale.
