When my beloved Bart passed away my heart was broken. It felt like my heart was ripped from my body. I missed him so deeply and wanted to feel him with me. That is when I decided to make a piece of jewelry with Barts ashes. Having this little piece of baked clay with a baby chick photo on it helped my heart and soul. It was such a simple piece of jewelry but the power it held was priceless.

Here is all the information you will need.
All ash will be handle with respect and care. Processing time may range from 6-8 weeks. Custom made items may take longer.

I will need 1 tsp of ash total per item in a double zip lock bag or in a small container. Please label the bag with your name. Please do not use tape. It will tear the baggy. I suggest shipping it in a padded envelope. Please have the post office calculate your shipping cost. Guessing your packages weight is not accurate. If extra postage is necessary when it arrives to me then fees will apply with a service charge of an extra 3%.
Once I receive your ashes, I will contact you immediately. I will also be sending you photos of your item for approval.

Warranty for your ring, pendant, bracelet, earrings or any piece of jewelry with any accent stones are 90 days. For your memorial stone the warranty is 1 year.

MOST ANY RING STYLES ARE AVAILABLE FOR A Studiodragonfly19 Gem Stone. YOUR CREMATION ASH IS PLACE ADHERED THE STONE. ALL PRECIOUS METALS AND GEM STONES ARE AVAILABLE.
Please note that when order any ring that has a plating, the plating will wear off. I always recommend purchasing a solid metal vs. plated. I am not responsible for replating.
3 Types of Cremation Stones
1. Handmade = A handmade stone is exactly that. I use a high quality liquid resin. I add a very small amount of ash and any color additives to the liquid resin. It takes about 3-6 days for your item to cure.
2. Studiodragonfly19 Gem Stones= Many customers were wanting to have semi precious/precious stones set in their items. I have developed a process where I place your ashes delicately behind a genuine stone.
3. Pure Silver Precious Metal Cremation Stones = You can wear Pure Silver and your beloved inside the silver. The Pure Silver that I use comes in a clay form. I add a small amount inside the clay. I form the clay into desired look. It takes about 3-5 days for the clay to dry. I then shape your item and enhance all the details. The silver is then fired. During the firing process, the clay will evaporate and burn out. What is left, is an amazing piece of Pure Precious Silver. I then sand, buff and polish your item.

A NOTE ABOUT STONE COLORS AND HOW TO CHOOSE.
I have many color options. New Colors are Opals,Red,Orange and Fairy Colors. Please message me the color you would like upon check out if you do not see a drop down for color options. The drop down menu can not support all the color amounts. Custom Colors are $20 extra per item.
NOTE REGARDING HUMAN AND PET ASH
If you would like me to spread the remaining ashes in one of our Minnesota beautiful streams,lakes, forest or flower bed,please leave me a note inside the envelope when you ship your ashes. I may hold onto your ashes until Spring, Summer or Fall due to our Winter and snow.

Return Policy
We want every customer to be happy with his/her purchase. If you’re not for any reasons, please contact asap after receiving your piece and we'll do our best to resolve the situation!
Because the finished product is made from ashes, I do not offer refunds. Please don't hesitate to contact me due to quality concerns or special circumstance exchanges. I do stand behind every piece I make and if you are not happy with it I will try to work with you to make sure you're satisfied with my product. Please note, any item that is plated the plating does eventually wear off. Wear off time depends on many factors.
All handmade stones have a 1 year warranty. All accent stones have a 60 day warranty due to how one wears their rings. I tend to be extremely rough on my jewelry. This is why 60 days is the warranty from the time I ship your item.
All chains that come with my pendants have a 90 day warranty, if something happens to the chain within 90 days please contact me for a replacement chain. I will need your original chain sent back. Any item shipped back must be in it's original packaging or in a box to protect it.
Feel free to contact me if I can assist you. I try very hard to make sure all my customers are happy and are able to see exactly what you are purchasing. Please do not wear your Memorial Jewelry when swimming in the ocean/ pool or bathing/showering. Chlorine, Salt or Soaps my alter the appearance of the stone or cause the stone to change. Gentle hand washing is ok.

If an item comes back due to the wrong shipping address unfortunately I will have to charge another shipping fee if you would like it resent. I will contact you, if an item does come back to me.
